Unless otherwise specified on the product page on Essential.com (for some third-party products, for example), this shipping policy applies to every purchase you make on Essential.com.
At this time, we’re shipping to addresses in the United States, Canada, Japan, France, and United Kingdom, with more countries coming soon.
In the United States, shipping is free on new orders with a subtotal over $199 (after any discounts or special offers, and before tax), with a flat shipping rate of $7.95 on all other orders. Outside of the United States, shipping charges vary by country, and will be calculated during checkout.
We aim to ship your items within one business day from the time you place your order. Once it's left our warehouse, it should arrive for delivery in 2-3 business days in the United States, or approximately 5 business days outside of the United States.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information to track delivery status.
Orders for a new Essential Phone or Essential 360 Camera require a signature upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
At this time, delivery for individual orders ship to a single address. If you're ordering multiple items and would like them delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each item.
If one or more of your items are out of stock, the available items will ship first. The rest will ship when they become available. You won't be charged for any back-ordered items until they are ready for shipment.
