Where can I ship my order?

At this time, we’re only shipping to addresses in the United States. Stay tuned for announcements about upcoming international availability.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free on new orders of Essential Phone or Essential 360 Camera. There's a flat shipping rate of $7.95 on all other orders.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship your items within one business day from the time you place your order. Once it's left our warehouse, it should arrive for delivery in 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information to track delivery status.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Orders for a new Essential Phone or Essential 360 Camera require a signature upon delivery. Exchange orders and accessories do not require a signature.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address or a PO box?

Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.

Can I split my order into multiple shipments?

At this time, delivery for individual orders ship to a single address. If you're ordering multiple items and would like them delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each item.

When will I receive my back-ordered item?

If one or more of your items are out of stock, the available items will ship first. The rest will ship when they become available. You won't be charged for any back-ordered items until they are ready for shipment.
