Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your purchase of the Essential Phone and/or Essential 360 Camera. To back that up we have a 15 day money back guarantee. We ask that you call our Customer Support team at 888-444-2222 as we can resolve most issues (international rates may apply). We also provide chat and email support and have a full, searchable FAQ located at support.essential.com.

Standard Policy:

  • This policy covers Essential Phone and Essential 360 Camera purchased on Essential.com by customers within the United States.
  • For devices purchased elsewhere please consult the respective retailer's policy by contacting them directly.
  • You have 15 calendar days to return the Essential Phone and/or Essential 360 Camera from the date you received it.
  • All accessories and documentation that were included when you received it must be returned e.g. the USB Cable, Headphone Adapter, and Fast Charger.

Return/Refund Process:

  • Call 888-444-2222. Our Customer Support coverage is 5am-9pm Pacific, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • The representative will gather the required information and generate a shipping label for free 2 to 3 day air.
  • Once we receive the item and verify it is undamaged we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing institution within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Please contact your card issuer for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Typically this occurs within 2-3 business days.
