EP implements security safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
EP is based in the United States and the information we collect may be transferred, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

You can turn Essential usage and diagnostic services on or off at any time by navigating to Settings on your product. If you change your settings after we have initiated a data upload, your new settings will go into effect after that process has been completed. Note that even if you turn this feature off, your device will still send certain device information (such as device serial number, network carrier information, country, and operating system version) needed for critical services such as system or security updates.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from EP by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
We process personal data about you with your consent and/or as necessary to operate our business, provide the products and services you use, meet our contractual and legal obligations, or otherwise fulfill the legitimate interests described in the “Use of Information” and “Sharing of Information” sections above. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing at any time by contacting us. You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU country in which you reside.
