You are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. These laws may include restrictions on destinations, users, and end use. Your are responsible for ensuring any products you order can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Packages shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, or customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. You are responsible for such charges and any additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary by country, and you should contact your local customs office for more information. Note that customs clearance processes may cause delays in delivery of your package. In some cases, Essential may not be able to deliver to all locations.
You assume all risk and responsibility for importing the product. Essential assumes no responsibility for risk of loss or failure of delivery due to customs or related issues.
If a package cannot be successfully delivered to you, in many cases, the package should be returned to Essential. Once Essential receives the return of the package, any charges already incurred will be refunded to you. Note that Essential may not be able to refund shipping fees.
Essential may provide information about fees related to shipping, customs, and taxes. These are estimates for your informational purposes only. Essential does not control these charges, and these fees are subject to change at any time.
Unless otherwise required under applicable laws, Essential may only provide warranty support for products manufactured by Essential that are located in a supported country.
